NRIs win the first game in a 3-0 combined shutout started by Lamet. In game 2 Bieber shut down the NRIs for 7 innings but in the bottom of the ninth, the NRIs bunched four hits to score two and win the game 2-1. In game 3 the Heroes lead all the way and won it 5-1.
For NRIs at Heroes - let computer manager pick starting pitchers, please use the following lineups:
vs Maeda - RHP Neutral
vs May - RHP hurt RHB
vs Hill - LHP hurt LHB

Game 1 - A good old-fashioned pitchers duel with a Schoop 7th inning solo shot accounting for the only run of the ballgame. Game 2 - Freeman and Ozuna combine for 6 hits, 5 runs, and 7 ribbies as Whitecaps cruise 11-2. Game 3 - Alonso and Buxton go back to back in both the 1st and 3rd, and then Buxton cranks his third homer of the day to break a tie in the 8th, and the Anunnaki take the rubber game 7-5. No injuries.

I misread the due date as 10 PM, rather than 10 AM, so apologies if this is too late.
Game 1: McCallions win on a walkoff from Gurriel after the Isotopes tie it up in the top of the inning. McCallions win 2-1, but lose Barria for the next 10 days.
Game 2: McCallions win 4-1 behind a 3-run homer from Brosseau
Game 3: McCallions score 5 in the bottom of the 4th to take a 6-1 win.
Please use the computer manager to select starting pitchers and lineups.

Sisskiyou Rotisserie - July 17, 2021 11:30PM
|
|
|
Bit late again for Siskiyou, but got three good games. IMO and all Rotisserie is outperforming so far, so I expect regression, and facing Corpus Christi figured our time was up, but still got the home sweep, in some semi-dramatic fashion to boot.
Game One: Siskiyou 3-2. Rotisserie comes from behind, culminating in a pair of bottom of the 9th bases loaded walks to win it. Both came when Melencon faced a lefty, so at least it wasn't odds-defying.
Game Two: Siskiyou 9-7. Canons kick it off with a three run homer from Slater off the lefty Bud Norris. Rotisserie took the lead in the 3rd, with back-to-back-to-back homers from Arroyo, Votto, and Heyward, plus another run later, to go up 5-3. Rotisserie adds to the lead with 2 in the 5th, which matter, as Canons get 2 in the 6th. Canons briefly tie it up with two in the 8th on a Sterling Marte double. Rotisserie responds with two of our own, as Pollock hits a pinch hit homer. Wendelken was my only remaining reliever at this point, so it was his game to win or lose. Hit Slater (perhaps for the HR?), gives up a two-out single, then strikes out Winker to end it.
Game Three: Siskiyou 5-3. Not very exciting. Rotisserie goes up 4-0 in the 2nd, including another HR for Arroyo. Adds one to make it 5-0, and then starts to make it interesting in the 8th, as Hatch gives up three, including a HBP on Winker with the bases loaded. But Hatch gets Frazier to line out end it, and Wendelken pitches a clean 9th.
MP ready to go for the 2nd half.

Game 1, Rotisserie leads 4-2 after 8.5 innings only for Bradley, Mella and Pressley to give up three runs for two outs between them.
Game 2, game tied at 1-1 until the 12th inning when a Barnhart single gets the GWRBI.
Game 3, game tied at 4-4 after 6 and here we go again. But three runs for the home team in the 7th make this game the least stressful of the three despite a Siskiyuou run in the 8th.
Canons sweep to tie the overall series.

Seeing no results posted by the Rogers I will post these but won't mind if they get canceled given Madrigal's long term injury. Hose win the opener easily 9-2 but [Madrigal was injured for this game and 26 more days]. Hose score 9 again but squeak by 9-8 scoring 5 in the 8th in the middle game. Rogers take finale 5-3.
Will send potential back up results to Greg for second half of the series.
