Teams trade come from behind wins before Firedogs win the rubber match. It was a pitching duel ending on my favorite play in all of baseball ... the RBI HBP.

Heroes take 2 of 3.

Hens take 2 of 3 from Havana.

FYI - Havana's lineup versus lefties should have JD Martinez listed as DH.

In the opener the Hose score early and often off of Kershaw (1-1) while Keuchel (2-0) pitches 8 innings only allowing 4 hits (which is how many HR the Hose hit) in an 8-1 victory. [Myers was injured for this game and 2 more days.] Gonzalez (2-0) pitches a 5 hit CG benefiting from Jiminez 2 HR, 5 RBI output off of Greinke (1-1) in a 7-1 Maine win. The Rogers score the tie breaking run in the top of the 9th on a passed ball - though the way Rogers (0-1) was pitching the Rogers were bound to score somehow - making Gerber (3-1) and the Rocket squad road winners. Onto Rocket ...

NRI sweep, as the McCallions continue combining poor pitching, lackluster hitting, and comedic defense.

Heartbreaking series loss for Siskiyou, as Firedogs take games two and three for the series.

Game One: Siskiyou cruises to a 7-1 win behind Norris, hitting five home runs.

Game Two: Teams trade 0s for ten full innings before Justin Turner doubles in the game's lone run off of Colome. This game also saw Colome hit in the bottom of the inning, because I screwed up lineup changes after a PH. Note for teams: as far as I can tell, the moment you change a defensive position from DH to anything else there's no way back short of inserting the pitcher. Rough way to end the game. Older DMB used to let you cancel out of any changes, but apparently that's not a thing anymore.

Game Three: Siskiyou leads 2-1 after six, but Firedogs score one in each of the last three innings, and Siskiyou can only get one back. Firedogs win 4-3. Got the tying run on 2nd in the bottom of the 9th, but Kiermeier couldn't hit him in.

MP ready for the Wind next series, though I will be making roster changes before our home half, just to do some bullpen swapping.

Edit: Forgot to mention that Dexter Fowler was injured for a heck of a long time in Game One. Stammen is out briefly too.

Crescent Beach wins the first, has its comeback fall just short in the second, and then wins a thriller.

Brockton topes first three. Late, so if Brockton hasnt played them already.

Alston wins a pitchers duel in the opener, prevailing 2-0. Annunaki come back to win a pitchers duel in 11, as Buxton hits a walk off 2 run jack to take it 4-3. Buxton then hits two more homers in the rubber match as UCity batters Urquidy and then holds on for dear life in an 11-7 victory. No injuries and sorry for being late.

NRIs take 2 of 3.

Dominic Smith hit his 4th and 5th HRs in G6 (including the game-tying T9 shot off Nick Anderson) to erase turn a 7-0 deficit into an 8-7 Rattlers win. Not gonna lie ... that one hurt.

Canons sweep the home leg after late rallies in the fifth and sixth games

Havana loses 18-1 in the first game and comes back to win the next two.

Clowns take 5.

Terriers get some starting pitching as they sweep visiting Annuaki 3-2, 18-1, 5-2
