TRHL Owners,

Series 22 has been completed.

SEPTEMBER - We are approaching September, which means the following:
1. After this series, we can expand rosters. So starting with the games on September 4th.
2. For this series, Series 23, players signed can be retained for next season. After that, all players signed cannot be retained.
3. Our salary cap increases to $410 and our roster size increases to 50 but these increases are only available if you need players to fulfill the obligation of a minimum of 25 players on your active roster.

NOTE - We'll stick with Tuesday night deadline since I'm just now file droning on Wednesday evening.

REMINDER - For this season only (at least), batters with at least 100 PA vs. LHP are not subject to the 150% PT limit for strong side split. This applies to both AL and NL teams, though it's unlikely few/many players in the NL with at least 100 PA will even reach 150% PT vs LHP.

First half deadline is Saturday, August 22nd, 10 PM EDT. 2nd half results are due Tuesday, August 25th, 10 PM EDT.

G1: Rattlers rock Cole w/ 6 in the first and roll to an easy win. TEX 7-4.
G2: Toussaint pitched a gem in his 2nd straight day of work. TBC 2-0
G3: Darvish and the TEX pen yield only one through 12. Luplow clutch 2B in T12. TEX 2-1 (12)

Anunnaki take 2 of 3 to pull even with Halifax for the 4th sport in the NL. Game 1 - Caps get to Pineda early, but UCity ties it in the 5th. No more scoring until Halifax plates a run in the 9th on a sac fly, and holds 6-5. Game 2 - UCity gets to Scherzer for 5 runs in the 1st and hangs on for a 7-4 win. Game 3 - Anunnaki bash 5 homers and pull away late, and Good Luchhesi makes an appearance as UCity cruises 9-0. No injuries.

Chinook gets 2 of 3 back from the Rattlers:

G1 - Trouts 2 Homers are not enough as TB holds on 4-3.
G2 - Banuelos "The Brilliant" goes 7 strong, striking out 10 in a 5-0 win.
G3 - Cole, Greene, and Yates combine to return the shutout in a 3-0 TB win.

MP Ready

Portland's bullpen blows a 4-0 lead in the last three innings to lose the opener 5-4. They come back to win the next one 6-3 and then inexplicitly, with a lineup loaded with lefties, they can't hit Joe Ross with his .430 OBP allowed against lefties and lose the finale 3-1.

Pretty sure the Canons owner isn't going to play their half, based on the fact that they don't exist, so here's a full week. (I do have just the first half results, should they be needed for some reason I don't understand.)

Rotisserie goes 5-1.

Game One, Rotisserie wins 1-0, as Bud Norris somehow continues to outperform his stats.

Game Two Rotisserie 6-5. Took three in the bottom of the 9th, from a Hayward HR, and a bases loaded single from Newman. Ruined a strong effort from Canons starter Marquez, who went 7, giving up two runs, one earned.

Game Three Rotisserie 4-3 The one run wins continue. Rotisserie led 3-0 after 7, but Colome gives up a couple hits and then a Moustakas Homer to tie it. Rotisserie takes the lead right back in the bottom of the inning when Grossman singles in Bogaerts.

Game Four Rotisserie 2-0 Winning by two runs! How novel. Buehler shuts them down for six, and the bullpen does it's thing. Tough luck loss for Bailey, as he pitches 6 1/3, giving up two runs, one earned.

Game Five Canons win big time, 8-1. Giolito got shelled, lasting only four innings, and charged with four runs. Rotisserie avoid the shutout in the 7th when Longoria singles in a run, but small consolation. Winker, Pederson, and Baez all hit homers for the Canons. Lynn pitches a great game, going 8, and charged with just the one run.

Game Six Rotisserie back on the one run win plan taking it 3-2. Had to fight from behind a bit, as Canons scored one in the second, and again in the sixth before Siskiyou got on the board in the seventh and eighth.

Gettin' to the time of year where players start dropping from usage, but Siskiyou MP can stand for Wagstaff nest week.

I didn't see results for the Rogers @ Terriers so I played all 6 games. If I made a mistake just sim....

Rogers take 4 of 6. (Terriers take 2 of the first 3 at home and then Rogers sweep at home.)
