Outlaws sweep

UCity takes first game, but Maine comes back to take final 2. No injuries.

Hen House wins the first half of the pillow fight, 2 games to 1

Clowns take 2. Markakis injured.

Canons take the bookends. In the middle game, Clevinger strikes out 17.

Rotisserie take the series 2-1.

Game One Jaxx 8-6 Did not go the way the game was supposed to, as Gausman pitches six innings with just the one earned run, but the Rotisserie bullpen gives up 6 over the final three.

Game Two Rotisserie 12-3. Made up for the game one by trashing the Wichita bullpen. Castillo gets the worst of it, giving up five earned and getting up one out.

Game Three Rotisserie 3-2 Good game all through. Rotisserie scored our runs in the first two, and Giolito took a no-hitter into the 7th before surrendering a solo HR to Soto. The visitors tag Giolito for one more, but Hader shuts them down for the final 1 2/3.

McCallions take 2 of 3.

Home squad takes two of three, all close games.

Jaxx blow the opener, losing 7-5 in 10 innings. After getting the first two out in the 9th Sisskiyou ties the game and wins it in the 10th.

Bonus Baseball in game two as well. The Jaxx get two hits the entire game, a Double by Juan Soto in the 1st inning, and Willie Adames bloop single in the bottom of the 12th, the latter being the walk-off variety, in a 1-0 Jaxx Win. Julio Tehran threw 8/ 2/3 before the depleted (all relievers were tired) bullpen somehow held off the Rotisserie for another 3 1/3 innings. Marcus Stroman was the hard luck starter for the visitors.


Game three looked destined for extras as well, as the scored was 2-2 in the bottom of the 9th. However, and thankfully so, (see above note on bullpen) The Jaxx got a game winning Single from Stephen Piscotty to salvage a split in the series. Post All-Star break MP is ready.

Crescent Beach scores 34 runs in sweeping three at home.

Portland wins a blow out and loses 2 close ones, outscoring the Heroes by 5 runs in the series, but only winning two. Oh well.

U City scored 2 runs in the top of the 8th to take a 7-6 lead before Kendrick homered deep to right scoring Narvaez to put the Hose up 8-7 in the bottom of the 8th. Scumbag Vazquez allowed a lead off double in the top of the 9th before shutting down U City to grab his 15th Save. In game 2 every starting position player for the Hose had at least one hit and they rolled to an easy 12-7 victory. In the finale Zeuch (2-0) pitched around 4 hits and 3 walks out dueling Cease (0-3) - who allowed 2 more HRs - as Anunnaki won 3-1. No injuries.

Topes drop two of three at home.

Pulled out last two games against powerful BDM. Bumgarner outpitches Kershaw in last game. Couldn't do anything with DeGrom but unlike the Mets he got the win.

Terriers manage to take two of three at Home from Breakers. After dropping first 9-7 to Breakers, Alston wins 6-5, 9-5

G1: Bregman/Conforto back-to-back HRs in 7th break open close one. TBC 7-2.
G2: Nola pitches his best game of the season vs. tough offense. TBC 2-0.
G3: Clutch Grandal single ties it in 9th. Kepler HR wins in 11th. TBC 6-4 (11).
G4: Cole notches 12th win of season. TBC 5-3.
G5: Rattlers overdue offensive explosion occurs. 7 HRs, 3 for Freeman. TEX 16-4.
G6: Rattlers out of non-tired starters, Johnny Allstaff struggles. TBC 8-2.
