Series 22 has been completed.

REMINDER - It's 25 IP minimium for pitchers, 75 PA for batters to be on the active roster, even with the replacement level system in use (for catchers now; all players in September).

The trade deadline has passed.

Catchers in August can now be used beyond 110%/150% but with the replacement level system enabled.

Any promotions by the file drone can be changed prior to the playing of the current series' games, and the re-farming does not acount toward the three farm limit. File drone promotes to players to ensure active roster is at mandatory minimum 25 (maximum 26) players.

Also, I'm not worrying about promoting a player if team drops to 25 active. I'll do something if active roster goes below 25 men.

Games Dates: August 25th-31st. Whitecaps and Breakers are away first half. Rogers are home first half.

1st half deadline is Saturday, October 2nd, 10 AM EDT. 2nd half results are due Monday, October 4th, 10 PM EDT.

Wind roster is kind of a mess with at least some ineligible players playing, but I didn't catch until deep into the games, and don't think it matters much at this stage for either team.

Backup complete series file attached as well in case Wind do play their home games.

Rotation is fine as set (Wainwright, Canning, Peralta). Let computer choose lineups EXCEPT if Adam Plutko is called up for some reason, then use my "v Special" lineup.

up to date Brockton MP

BDM can't even get the Wheeler start; Brockton sweeps. Robbie Ray pitches even worse than last night to got to 0-21.

Teams trade blowout wins and home squad wins a close one in the rubber match.

An ugly series for Temple City. They lost the first game 5-4 in extra innings and got shutout 7-0 in game 2. In game 3 they jumped out to a 6-0 lead against the NRIs number one starter Dinelson Lamet. Smiley cruised through the first 5 innings allowing only 3 a base runners and no runs. By then the NRIs had pulled many of their best hitters against lefties to save precious at bats. Then the wheels fell off. Following two singles a homer, a walk and a single, Smyley was pulled in favor of a right hander who came in to face all of the hitters who came in to save at bats and who mash against righties. The NRIs put together four more singles to take the lead 7-6 before the inning was over. In the ninth to add injury to insult Victor Gonalalez hit Brando Nimmo with a pitch in the face injuring him for the game, plus 13 more games. Gonzalez then gave up a hit to put runners at the corners but then retired Betts to end the game.

For Portland at Temple City let the computer manager pick the starting pitchers. Please use the following lineups:

Wagstaffs take the second game

Henhouse take first 3.

The local rivals, tied for first in the Iron Horse Division coming in, went toe-to-toe for six games with Maine winning the middle two and Halifax the rest to take a two-game lead. Whitecaps scored 48 runs in the six games despite being shut out in G3.

Note: Halifax played all six. If I have somehow overlooked posted results that weren't posted here, please let me know. I will be otherwise occupied through Monday but can perhaps play my home three late Monday night if I somehow overlooked results.

Teams trade 7-4 games before Montgomery pitches 8.2 shutout innings and Pineda gets the last out in a 2-0 UCity win. Bubic, Weaver, Rogers for the back half of the series.

Game 1: A game that was closer than it looked, as the McCallions tag on a couple late runs to get a 6-3 win.

Game 2: Just a nightmare of a game for the McCallions as they make three errors, balk in a run late, and have a guy strike out in a critical at bat on a pitch that hit them, turning what should have been a tense 9th inning into an relaxing affair for the Heroes as they take it 8-4 from the home team.

Game 3: The McCallions are all over May early, running up an 8-1 lead after 3, and taking the rubber match 9-4. Teoscar Hernandez of the Heroes gets ejected from this one, for arguing with the ump.

Pirates take 2 of 3 at Hens.
